In a world with a self-imposed claim for the greater good we receive daily news that there are those who do not respect this claim.
The people that should be most protected are the ones that exposes themselves the most. And why is this bad? Because they not only can get the disease but also spread it.
So, based on the eye of the tiger theme, the premise is having a last known survival that seeks to restore the order.
The challenge is to go through the city and find the people who are in transgression and make them see that they have to fullfill the claim.
You win this quest by finding the Boss responsible for transmitting these ideas and defeat him.
Only this way we can show that no one is immune.
